In this video, I cover some advanced stress and anxiety management techniques. By that, I mean techniques designed to focus on specific types of stress. Specifically, I look into Eisenhower's matrix, contingency plans, reality checking, body scanning, and following images to completion. I do suggest some other techniques for the various stresses, but these ones are probably the strongest combatants for the anxieties they deal with.
